Chuck Vargas has been selling real estate since 1987 and is a licensed broker.   He has been an owner/manager of various real estate companies and is now strictly involved in listing and selling REOs.  

Mary Alvarez has been practicing real estate for over 13 years is a licensed broker with a legal and construction background.

Teri Fortino is an Associate Realtor specializing in REO, Short Sale, and Investment Opportunities related to both residential and commercial real estate.  With over 17 years of experience, Teri Fortino was listed as the "Top 5% of Realtors in Silicon Valley" by San Jose Magazine.
